my partner recently deleted her eSIM off of her phone, so I called the customer support and got an appointment for the following day, then when I was talking to customer support, they said that they were gonna send me a QR code by email so I waited about five minutes and I received an email and it stated that I had one new badge. Does anyone know what these "badges" are or how do you click on what the badge is? Does this have anything to do with relation to the eSIM? Please help Fido team

I think the badge has to do with the Fido community forum because you registered yesterday, you got a badge for that, if you did not receive the new e-SIM you should check your spam/junk folder.
You should note to change the SIM you will receive a text message on the old one which you do not have and you will need to validate yourself and the fastest way is to visit a store, Fido do not usually do it through customer service on the phone or online but they have done it in the past through certain circumstances.
