Trouble call back.

Not returning my calls evern i have an appointment. I'm having trouble to contact fido specialist when you needed most. For my billing charges is my concern that's why i wanna talk to fido specialist.

Same problem.  Can't talk to anyone that can help.  Only option is to schedule a call back a day later.  Hopefully I will get a call because this is getting frustrating.
