Transferring e-sim between devices

Hi,

Just wanted to get updated on the process in 2025 with Fido. I currently have an iPhone 13 Pro with an e-sim (from Fido). I'm buying a new smartphone, also with e-sim (Google Pixel). How does the transfer work? Is it possible to self-do it? Or do I absolutely need to still go in a Fido store in 2025 to achieve that?
