To enter code I need full keyboard

When registering on an app they send me code which includes letters and numerals, three keyboard that pops up is numerals only. What can I do?I don't see any toggled or areas on the keyboard to change it.

Can you tell us a bit more about the problem you're having please? If I understand correctly, you tried to register your account through our app and the confirmation code you received cannot be entered on the app because the keyboard only does numerals, is that correct?

Have you tried to register through our website directly? Also, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
