I've having issues connecting with voicemail.
The not so lovely virtual assistant said I could get a call back tomorrow or Thursday, when I really need it set up now.
I'm so tired of this **bleep**. I'd like to have my issue addressed now. C'mon Rogers, take some of those billions and hire some people instead of blowing cash on naming rights for stadiums and arena.
Thinking of switching carriers again.....

Virgin has real people for customer service.

I needed to setup my voicemail in anticipation of calls for medical appointments, and needed to do it the same day. After Googling for a solution, I pressed "1'" on my phone, entered my 10 digit phone number, and the automated Fido thing said my number was not valid for some reason, even though it was.
I then wasted well over an hour to talk to a human being, and your service let me down. It simply wasn't possible as I had to deal with automated nonsense, and I couldn't wait for a call back another day.
The fact is that it took LESS time for me to switch over to Virgin and get voicemail up and running, then it did to get a person to talk to about my Fido account.
Sad. Lesson learned.
