Texts failing to send

I have an LG G5. Texts are not sending at all or they take forever to send and come back with the error message. Max I'll get is 3 bars then it's right down to 2 again and stays there. Driving me nuts .Called Fido and they reset some switch but it did nothing .

Sorry to hear about all that. Did you fully restart the phone after they reset the switch? You have to power cycle the device to complete the process

Let us know if it persist once it connects back to the network?

If it does, how old is your device now? And does it happen everywhere or only in some areas?

Thanks for your message. I shut it off for a few minutes after the reset. One restarted it about 7 times in between all the issues.

I would all of a sudden get 9 texts at once. 

It's an LG G5 about 5 months old. Already have issues with the phone and it has to be sent in because the volume decrease button doesn't work anymore. 

Fido also hasn't provided a solution since January.. My call display shows in my old name. They still haven't fixed it after many calls about something so simple.
