I've been a Fido customer in Toronto / Ontario for approximately three months and received a loyalty offer from Fido; however, even if I click the link multiple times, nothing happens. It just directs me back to my account.
Seven days ago, I received this text message saying I must claim the bill credits before 15 November 2022. I have been trying for the past week, but I don't think I have claimed the free bill credits. Could someone please help me with this problem?
