Temporary suspension: device balance

Will I have to pay for a device in full before temporarily suspending my account? I'm considering getting a new phone, but may have to be away for a few months later this year (though who knows if that's still possible).

Hello @lwiza80,

If you are currently on a contract before February 5th-2020 then you will not qualify for a temporary suspension unless you pay off the balance.

If you are on the new Fido Payment Program you can do the temporary suspension but will still have to pay the device financing portion.
