I requested an extension in the temporary suspension for another three months as I am currently outside Canada. However, I received details of account changes including information on fees through email. It shows temporary suspension is treated as add-ons, and I would need to pay both $7 suspension fee and the regular monthly fee. Previously when I asked for temporary suspension, I was only charged for suspension fee, and I have never paid for the monthly plan during the suspension period. I am wondering what is going on here and how to solve the problem. Thanks.

You are correct! Having the temporary suspension would mean that your other regular monthly charges should be waived.
