Ok I was trying to pay my bill online and used the interac services...I have a Td Visa acess card and it will not allow me to enter my 16 digits only 13...Your interac services needs to be upgraded to allow the newer acess cards to work.

Did you try logging into My Account from a different browser to see if it gives you the same issue when entering this information?
