Suspension of service

Will I be able to restart my service from another country? I will need it as soon as I land back in Canada.

I use another provider and sim while I am way.

Welcome to the community!

  I'm not certain, however, you might be able to remove the temporary suspension via your My Account --> My Usage. From your Dashboard, the option to Manage temporary suspension is under Quick Actions.

  As far as I am aware, there should be an option to Cancel suspension (see here).
