I have been trying to contact customer care since 20th of May 2025 I try about 15-20 times a day I've tried every method since then and no matter what I'm only connected to billing I've tried to schedule a call back and instead of scheduling a call back it connects me with a billing representative and every one of them have told me the absolute only way to get ahold of customer care is via the broken ai assistant or to schedule a call back that doesn't work why is there no way for fido representatives to communicate to other fido representatives that's absolutely demented either remove the ai assistant and bring back simple directories with number presses or give fido representatives the capacity to communicate with other representatives and even give them the ability to both redirect a customer directly to another representative and also give them the ability to schedule a call back this is the worst experience I've had since I joined fido back in 2015 I've both enjoyed and appreciated fido for its relatively fast and respectful customer service but this is absolutely damaging to they're reputation with me and anyone I would normally recommend fido @Fido @fidosupport

This has been and still is the absolute worst fido experience I've had since I opened my acc back in 2015
