I recently put on the Spotify premium account on my iPhone November 12 or so I had it free for one week and then all of a sudden I only have Spotify free. I tried re-downloading premium and it’s telling me I no longer can because I’ve already had Spotify previously. I spoke with someone last week and they told me to go to the Fido account To try doing it again after 72 hours… I tried this this morning and I’m being told the same message that I can’t do it and to only sign up for three months for $.99. I don’t think this is very fair at all and I’m not about to sit on my phone for an hour and a half two hours to try to get through to you guys!
