If this is important to you, then I would recommend switching to take advantage of the offer. Have you tried calling Fido to enquire regarding this? You may want to call *611 from your device and confirm with an agent on availability first. I am not a fido employee, I am just going on the assumption that if it isn't advertised on the website, then it may not be offered at this time.
