  • I asked about the plans to upgrade my mobile, as a loyal customer to fido from my day 1, they didn’t treated me well. When i ported my number, i got a mail saying that fido ambassador is gonna call me which they didn’t. But, as i liked fido alot, i tried calling them from my end which they don’t even care about the customers saying that my line is already inactive and i am no longer a loyal customer. 🤷🏻‍

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, we're really sad to see that you're no longer a  Fido customer. 

 

What do you mean exactly by we didn't treat you well? 

 

We definitely value your loyaly, however it's important to keep in mind that we can only offer you what we have available at the time. We do our best to have a variety of offers to please all our customers and the last thing we want is to lose you :(. 

 

Were you able to speak to a Fido ambassador ?

No, I didn’t get a call from fido ambassador and when i tried to call them, they said they cannot transfer the call to them

I to am loyal and am looking to upgrade I hope they don't treat me the same way they treated you
