Hi everyone, I strongly need help since I had reached out to many Fido Staff, and no one could help me with my request.
I was with Fido a long time ago until 2022, and now I would like to review and download some of my bills from 2021 and 2022 (As evidence for some paperwork with the government). I did call 888-481-3436 to request a call back from the Billing Department, but it has never been successful due to IT keeping refusing me for 2 weeks already.
Please, I truly need someone, specially Fido employee, to give me a hand for my request since I will need them asap.

Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would be in any position to address your matter.
Unfortunately, I do not know for how long bills are kept after customers have left Fido. If your bills are still available, you should note that there is a Bill Reprint charge (see here).
I understand you have already attempted to contact them, however, if you would like to further your request for those bills, you would need to contact customer service again.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for responding to my question.
Yes, I do aware the fee for reprint those old bills and have no issues. On the other hand, there are NO chances that I could schedule a call back with a real agent. Seems like Fido did lay off all humans and replace with a limited ability AI to save some cost.
I truly need someone in Fido could help me transfer to talk with Customer service.
