My Fido account number is ********
My plan costs $49 per month. Two months ago, I changed my credit card due to some unauthorized payments, which caused me to miss my bill payment. As a result, Fido suspended and deactivated my account. I then asked my husband to check my account, and he found a way for me to reactivate it by paying $160 last month.
However, I am now seeing a bill for $203, and I am unsure why these charges have occurred. I recently switched from Fido to Rogers on May 17, 2025, and I am still not familiar with the suspension policies of Fido, as I am a newcomer to Canada.
Therefore, I kindly request that Fido consider waiving my bill, regardless of the amount. Thank you.

I experienced that as well, i downgraded my plan to $49 and got suspension fees from April to May for every 2 weeks total $250+. some agents are really nice but the rest are by the book no discretion at all. the system is a fraud and scam. they tell you that the consider to waive but next agents will not mind the past conversations.
Tried to ask nicely at first to consider the waive, and told me they cannot because of the system. now its getting frustrating. suspension fee of $75? is that parking violation or jay walking?

Greetings @zenkai83 ,
That is definitely odd! Did you login to your Fido profile online to ensure that the plan was added correctly? Were you making your monthly payments in full and on time? Please also have a peek at the accepted solution post found here if you have not already done so.
Thank you!

Hello Hoorjanna143,
Welcome to the community!
Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your matter.
As mentioned, we would not be able to comment on those particular charges. However, you can view some of the Administrative charges here. It's possible that your line incurred both a Suspension fee as well as a Returned Payment Charge if they attempted to charge your old credit card number.
If you wish to discuss your matter, you will need to contact customer service.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
