In Dec 2024, I spoke with your agent to switch three numbers to Fido. We agreed on a plan price, but after receiving my SIN, the actual price was higher, so I cancelled immediately. I was told no charges would apply.
However, I was later charged $275.53. Your agent told me to pay first and said the amount would be refunded in the April bill. The bill is now out, and no refund has been issued. I have not used your service at all.
Please explain this and refund $275.53 immediately. I have email/chat records to support my case.
