Hi,
I suspend my account for last two months and I need to use my phone now. But I can't make any call to Fido so what should I do?

We'll need to remove the suspension so that you can use your phone. You can find all the ways to contact us here to do that.

Hi there,
I went on vacation 3 months ago and I had to get my account deactivated to avoid paying the full blown monthly fee. However, now I'm back in Canada but I can't use my phone to even make phone calls, i.e I need to reactivate my account.
Can anybody help me with this please?
