I suspend my account for last two months and I need to use my phone now. But I can't make any call to Fido so what should I do?

I'll be returning back to Canada on August 30th so I would like my current temporary suspension to be lifted from that day on wards. Could you assist me with this process by messaging on PM and inform me of my updated billing dates once my number is active again?
