REFUND ON BILL PAYMENT

Hi,

my Fido Account: 778430553

 

I left fido on October 24, 2020. 

I received a bill in the email (on November 14) that told me I have a negative balance of $101.88 but there was no cheque included for a refund or the money was not deposited back into my credit card (the same payment method).

 

When should I receive my refund?

Hello @ibrahem80,

 

It usually takes 3 weeks from the date the final invoice was produced but it also can take up to 6 weeks sometimes before it reaches you.

 

If you want the refund to be credited back to your method of payment like your credit card then you will have to notify Fido before the cheque is sent out.
