Question about roaming

Hi,

I purchased the 30 US roaming pass. I wasn't sure if I still had to enable roaming on my phone. Customer service said that I did, but I got a text that said welcome to Fido roam...and it costs $14 a day. 

customer service said that is a normal text and I won't be charged the $14 per day.

does anyone else know if this is correct? He did say that if I am charged it will be removed from my bill because I have already purchased the pass.

You can find out more about the US travel pass here. Basically, the pass allows you to bypass the usual Fido Roam fee and use your plan as if you were in Canada in the US. There are no extra fees to do this, just the initial $60.
