When I check usage,
In the Fido fulse 2GB -BYOD (my plan) row. Included is 0 and total usage is 102 with an exclamation mark in a triangle. What does that mean?

Did you recently make any changes to your plan? Sometimes that happens when you make a change and will reset on your next cycle. If that's not the case then you would need to contact customer service to see what's happening on your account.
