QMS said it will delivery my tablets three days ago, but no show.

I got a message from QMS with a tracking number for my tablet from Fido, and however, the status of the tracking have not changed since 5 days ago, in which said the expected delivery date is 4 days ago. What is going on, it can not take these long to transport something from Mississauga to Waterloo Ontario? I tried to contact to their service yesterday with email and phone. The phone line was cutoff after a long waiting. With the email, there was no response except an automatically response message in which said that there is a slightly delay in response.

I have been waiting for the tablet delivery for 4 weeks now and no one can explain what is happening.
