I just joined Fido yesterday to take advantage of the 60GB $39/month promotion. Unfortunately after completing the process, the price showing in my profile is $54/month. Why went wrong??

Hi there @JK83 , welcome to the community. You say you were chatged more than expected. Did you sign up online, over the phone or at a mobile kiosk? In some cases, there are charges for human assistance, sim cards, etc. Yu will have to check with customer support to find out what the charges are for and the breakdown of the fees that lead to the higher charge. You can call *611 from your device or use any of the avenues mentioned Here I hope you get your account sorted out. Cheers
