Hello, I bought a cell phone and it still hasn't arrived at my home. I checked the tracking number and it is in the parcel store, I personally went for it. but they ask me for identification. I still do not have identification because I am new in the country. What I can do? How can I send an email to fido explaining my situation?

You can try using your current passport and if you have a bill or anything that shows the address the person at the postal store might accept it.
