Problem with my bill?

Hello everyone.

My name is Julia, I came from Ukraine. I arrived in Winnipeg on the 28th of October, and I became a Fido member on the 31st of October.

The other day I've paid my first bill completely, but after payment, I had a credit problem. The guy who sold me my SIM told me that I have a special opportunity to call Ukraine for free, but now I have a credit limit almost drained and do not know what to do.

Hi @Julia_Ukrainian , welcome to Canada and welcome to the Fido community. are you on a prepaid or postpaid account? I am not sure if you would be able to call Ukraine on a prepaid account. I am certain that you will need to contact Fido's customer support for clarification and talk about the credit issue. Go to this link https://www.fido.ca/support/mobility and at the top of the page it says the charges to Ukraine are waived for voice and text. You still need to contact Fido's support regarding the credit issue.
