Prepaid to postpaid plan

I recently switched my prepaid plan to a postpaid plan. I had a rather large balance and was told by the lady I spoke to at Fido that it would transfer over to my postpaid account. After a few days the balance didn't transfer over so I called Fido and was told I was given misinformation and that the balance doesn't transfer over. Could someone clear this up for me?

Your prepaid balance will be transferred to your monthly account within 7 days from the transfer. 

 

You'll see it appear as a credit on your first or second invoice.

I switched my account to postpaid last Monday, so it's been 7 days, and the balance has not shown up as a credit on my invoice.

Sounds like only your first invoice has been issued thus far. 

 

If the credit is not applied on your first invoice, then it will be on your next, second, invoice. 

 

Keep an eye out for that. Smiley
