Hi, last week I bought a prepaid phone for a family member visiting us. We called the support for activation, giving us a phone number (confirmed with an SMS plus visible in the cell's parameters). But since, we are not able to add credit cause the system still tells us the phone number can t be found in the Fido system whatever option we choose.
Tried to call for support and assistance but the service is always a mess cause it's prepaid. So I have a phone that doesn't work with a credit I can t use and no help.
I also have a "regular" account with Fido but I seriously thinking of changing.
This post is my last try. If someone have an advice on how can I get someone doing something for my issue, would be really appreciated.
