Had a callback for to discuss an error in my account billing. The AI bot is dumb (expletive not printed). I answered the phone and heard the person saying hello. If they would have taken the mute off they would have heard me saying hello. they hung up. I didn'r resolve my issue with my account. Very Poor Service using AI bots, humans are just as dumb too.

Oh ya, I went to a local store to ask about my bill, and the person there said to me "They are only sales. You need to call accounting." OH GREAT! Now I have to wait for accounting to call me back. I going to have to talk to another ROBOT!

I've scheduled another appointment for tomorrow at 2PM. Hopefuly I get results.
I don't understand why, when I pay my bill in FULL, that the next month I'm being charged a penny. And now another month has gone by and I'm being charged 2 pennies. Something is definitely wrong with your billing software.
My understanding is that I will not have any chrages on my account until July 2025, than I will have a recuring amount of $5 charged monthly for 3 years on my contract.
I've managed IT for 21 years, I would have resolved this before any customer would have been even aware it ever happened!
