Hello fido,

 

it was nice 3 years with you as a loyal customer, in reward fido give me 5$ increase in my monthly bill after giving my loyalaty now to say goodbye to fido and start with new network with affordable price.

 They won't tell you but it's probably because you have the Hotspot option free with your current plan which has always been the case but with any new plan or plan switch, the Hotspot 'option' is a $5 add-on. A really bad way to increase the price. BTW, I also got the $5 June increase and I never had any increase in nine years.

Please give us a straight answer with some more specific details on why the increase and not some generic response. As customers, we deserve that at a minimum.
