Hello, I am wondering does Fido offer 12 month contracts on getting one of the new iPhones? Ive been a customer with them now for 12 months, however my current visa expires in 12 months, I am planning on extending my stay here but incase i cant i would like to get a 12 month plan instead of 24 months.

  Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would necessarily know all of the available options.

  As far as I am aware, their Payment Program is for 24-months. I am not aware of any options to allow for device financing for only 12-months. You could make additional lump-sum payments towards your Fido Payment Program balance, however, it would not reduce the months remaining on your term (unless the full balance has been paid).

  If you still wish to enquire regarding the possibility of a shorter term financing option, you would need to contact customer service.
