I just topped up my Prepaid Fido account and changed my number, now my phone won't send texts or complete calls. Its still registering my old number on my online account, but I got a text from fido stating my number was successfully changed. HELP
I'm sad to see you're having difficulties with your service. Have you tried turning the phone off and back on following the phone number change?
Can you also confirm if you changed for a new number or did you request a port-in of a number from a different carrier?
