Phone data

My phone shows 1.9gb data and the fido app shows 10gb data. 8.93gb remaining. My data stopped working ryt when it hit 1.9gb. Why? How do I get my data to work again?

Hi @Ineedmydata , further to what @KAPABLE-K suggested,  you can find the data usage in settings, connections, mobile data usage, then the settings gear on the right of the date, there you can set your data warning or disable it. Just because I was looking it up anyway, I thought I'd share. 😉

Welcome to the community!

It sounds like you have a data limit set on your phone, try disabling it or increase the data amount before the phone stops data usage.

If you go to the settings of the phone and search data limit you should be able to find the feature.
