  • I've been a customer of Fido for a long time now or a loyal customer I'm having a problem updating my payment coz I have just filed my early retirement last October and I'm out of work but I never forget my responsibilities specially my payment 
  • I thought when I applied my early retirement coz of my work injury I could received my pension immediately but I learned it's not how it works I'll receive it on my 65 and that will be next month and they will start sending my pension by July this year. So I need to find a way to generate income while waiting so I tried Uber delivery it's been my first week doing Uber. But it was stopped so early not because Uber kicked me out it's because you suspended my account so I can't communicate now with Uber and I have discussed this before if you suspend my account how can I generate the money I need to pay and I said I know my responsibility on my payment but I did try to find a way so I can pay you I thought I was clear on saying that now I can't pay you till I get my pension this July and to be honest I never neglect any payment from the pass just now that nobody wants this to happen and it's just a consideration that I was looking for from Fido but I think I can't expect any consideration now not even a senior discount and as I said  it's my responsibility to pay you and it comes with lots of interest. And I have a question? 
    how do roaming works on a suspended Data? and how the usage is being computed I'm just curious.

  Sorry to hear of your situation. However, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any positon to consider your matter.

 

   I understand this is a difficult time and having your services suspended even more distressing. In order to have the suspension removed,  you'll likely need to contact the credit operations department. In addition, you should also note that if the suspension was due to non-payment, there may be a fee to restore services (see here).

 

  If you would like to discus your rmatter, you would need to contact customer service. Though, you would still likely need to contact the credit operations department in order to have the suspension removed.

 

  As far as I am aware, if your services are suspended, you shouldn't have access to any services, including data, when roaming.
