I got an payment bill email from Fido. I wanted to make a payment but I couldn't because my account was canceled when I port Fido number out to another provider.
The last bill that I got from email was 8.45$ (Bill of Dec) but when I click the make a payment box It became different number and asked me to pay for Nov bill although I paid already.
If somebody know about this case, please let me know. Thank you!
