Hi there

I paid my phone bill a few days ago and the bill is due tomorrow. I haven't received a conformation email yet and I'm worrying I'll be charged for not paying my bill in time even though I have.

  Firstly, you should note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customer accounts so we would not be able to verify any payment.


  I understand you made payment a few days ago. Depending on your method of payment, it can take a number of business days for Fido to receive payment (see here). Since a few days ago includes a weekend and Christmas, it may take even longer for the payment to be received. Unfortunately, you won't know whether they received payment until it gets reflected on your My Account balance.
