Hi, I’ve been using my phone line under my aunt’s account, but now I’d like to transfer my number to my own independent account. I’m not changing my number, I just want to be responsible for the billing and account myself. Can you help me with the process?
I've been trying to reach customer support for several days now. I even scheduled a callback, but I never received one. I hope someone can assist me soon. Thank you.

You should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to assist you with your matter.
If you would like take over your line, that would be a Transfer of Responsibility (ToR) of your line. You should note that you would need to open your own account at the time of transfer and that a credit evaluation would likely be required. In addition, it should be noted that there would be a fee for the transfer (see here).
Furthermore, you should also note that if you are currently financing a device, the remaining balance for the device would be required as the financing would not transfer (see Payment Program).
I understand you have already attempted to contact them. Unfortunately, however, only customer service would be able to assist you with a ToR. Your aunt would first need to contact customer service and notify them of your intent to transfer the responsibility of your line. You would also need to contact customer service and notify them of your intent to take responsibility for the line and open the account. Your aunt would then need to contact them to complete the transfer. Alternatively, you might consider going to a Fido store with your aunt to perform the ToR.
