Overcharged bill

I am tired calling and then getting transfer for my overcharged bill. I was suppose to get a bill for $50.00 and Fid charge me $ 133 dollars. 

 

The real problem is whenever I am calling it goes to virtual and not the real human being after that I have to reschedule the call to speak to the specialist. When the specialist call back there is no voice and it disconnect the line. It's so frustrating.. 

 

I tried doing the request online and it's taking 5 business days. 

I want this to be resolved ASAP
