I recommend contacting us directly for assistance with that here. You will normally receive a final bill after you cancel your account though. More details about that are available here.

Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we know the details of your situation.
Generally, the fee for monthly services is charged for the upcoming month. If you had already cancelled your services, that fee might not be applicable. If you received a bill for that amount, it's possible the bill was generated before your line was actually cancelled. You should receive a final bill once your services have been cancelled.
If you still have access to your My Account and/or app, you might consider verifying whether you actually owe anything on your account. If you would like to discus your matter, you would need to contact customer service.
