Hi,

 

I have been a Fido Customer since 4 years now. I was happy with everything but my recent experience with Fido has made me really upset. I wanted to knoe if we can only send postal mail to Office of the President? Is there any email address?

I am out of country and lost my FIDO Sim and can only communicate via email.

Please note that there's no direct contact to our Office Of the President. You'll need to first speak with customer service to have your situation resvoled and our agents will follow the escalation process to better asisst you.
