I have been with fido for the past 6 or 7 years.
I never had major problems until now and i must say i am beyond dispointed and the only reason i can't walk away is that i don't have the money to pay off the phone i just got in october.
I have a compromise immune systeme and i had to show up twice in store... to lose my time and have them call technical support in my face. A step i took myself many times before showing up in the store.
- After several calls in one month i came across a handful of rude representative over the phone
- Technical support did nothing for me.
- I was told to wait for a phone call more than once... no one called back.
- Representative in the store were no help.
- my phone is not the issu i have been to apple. its a phone provider matter...
I am TIRED !!!! of calling and not seeing my issue resolved. I need my phone for my business and i already lost a handful of clients.
I am unable to find out how to get in touch with the office of the president... would be nice to have a email or phone number. thanks
