Every morning, afternoon and evening I am receiving calls for the past 2 days. Why? I changed my credit card and forgot to update it.
Outstanding balance, I get it. However, I have been overpaying for the past 7 months and I have been trying to call and solve the issue- no luck (the overpayment should cover my outstanding balance, by the way)
Now, when I asked to be transfered to a customer supported specialist after a good morning call from Fido, I get transfered to an AI assistant who is trying to schedule me for a callback in the afternoon or evening. No way to talk to a specialist.
If you have the nerve to call me at 8 am, have the decency to solve my issue at 8 am as well

Did you know you can update your payment method using Fido My Account?
