No service in Mexico

Hello, I have a big problem with my network, a week ago I arrived in Mexico on vacation but my Fido chip does not give me a signal even though I already activate Roaming from my cell phone and it connects to the AT&T network, I do not get in or out calls, I am desperate since I use this number for my work. What can I do?
