Hi everyone! I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I recently switched the fido's service a couple months ago- only issue is today my data is not working at all? It started this morning when I went to make a call and a thing popped up saying I needed to turn on wifi calling so I did that (it's since switched itself off) and now my data won't work at all besides for phone calling, no apps will load and safari just says " this page can't be opened because yoiur iphone is not connected to the interenet" but my cellar data is on, I have at least 3 bars and I've only used 5gb from my 60gb plan. I tried resetting my iPhone and reset the network settings and checked if there's an outage in my area. I'm stumped at what's going on here.

Hi victoria2025,
It appears you still have Fido service but your having issues with your mobile data. If you haven't used all of your mobile data then I would suggest resetting your device's network connections. After enable cellular data with roaming then again try using Safari. If your browser is not working, try deleting your history along with cache.

Unfortunately, I've done all of that, and safari and any apps needing the internet still don't work unless I'm connected to my wifi.

Are you still unable to use data at this time?
Have you tried removing and reseating your SIM card? If that doesn't work, do you have a backup or alternate device handy? If so, please try inserting your SIM card into another device to see if the issue follows your SIM card.
If data works on another device, then this would be a device specific issue and a full factory reset would be the next suggested troubleshooting step.
If the data does not work, then there may be an issue with your SIM card or account that needs to be troubleshooted.
