What is happening? I have repeatedly requested a call back to cancel my phone with your company, and nothing has happened. CALL ME so that i can resolve the issue where i would like to cancel my account and move elsewhere. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE

NOPE!!!!!! I even went to the store and they refused to help me and no one is calling me back

Nope and the sales team hung up on me. This is now the 4 appointment I've made with absolutely no callback.
