Hi there! I have been with fido turning 2 years now. I recently requested for iphone 7 (upgraded phone), when I received the phone I also recieved a new sim card along in the box. I was wondering how to activate it and how to deactivate my old sim. Thanks in advanced

Welcome to the community!

 

Your new SIM card remains inactive until you decide to make the switch, this ensures that your service is available during the transition. Then, you simply need to head to My Account on Fido.ca to complete the SIM card update in the Services tab. Keep in mind that you need to have the account holder's access to do so.
