Why did I never get a call back from Fido? I have been scheduled 4 times call back but did not receive anything. Is Fido still operating a business? I will take my business elsewhere if I still do not receive any support.

I had scheduled a call today and never got any feedback from Fido. Customer services with this AI is terrible and this really need improvement because it is so frustrating not able to talk to someone like before.

I get automated voicemail but no miss calls from Fido regarding my appointment.
