Hi, I changed my data plan on blackfriday and it says the paln was pending. Today I saw the same plan on my fido app,so i just click change paln and it confirmed. But after then my phone didn't have data service. I restart phone couple times and no use. I chat with the specialist and he help me restart the service, still no use. And now if i turn wifi ,it will come out a page said login fido and it said i don't have the data plan. I am so confused about this problem. Nowadays i need to wait 3hours to connect the technical support. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks

I'm sorry to learn that you're currently unable to use your data.
Are you sure you selected a plan with data included? We do have plans that are only Talk & Text.
If so, please reach out to us on any channel listed here and customer service will be happy to look into it!
