I temporarily suspended my account for 4 months. However, I would like to reactivate it as I will be in Canada this weekend. Therefore I will need to use an active phone number to stay in touch with the border patrol agents during my 14 days mandatory quarantine.

In order to remove the temporary suspension, you need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
